Art is all around us... June 2012

Picked up a new lens last week and spent some time experimenting with it over the weekend... Art Around the Park at the annual HOWL! Festival in Tompkins Square Park seemed to be a good destination for shooting despite the rain and weird weather... still, good fun in early June... stoked for the possibilities with this... - 6/5/12

The feel of the bass in yr face in the crowd...

So that was the first big weekend of the (not quite yet) Summer... Lots goin' on this past Saturday with the annual, crazy colorful NYC Dance Parade in the East Village, as well as an MCA Day gathering in Union Square to honor the loss of late, great Beastie Adam Yauch... with Ad-Rock in attendance, hangin' out talking to fans... and amazing weather to boot! definitely some classic New York moments to be had...
