Here's a gallery of photos from a trip I took down to Ft. Lauderdale to visit my Dad last month... always a good time hangin' out together and getting some sun away from NYC's concrete layers. Plus, I finally had a chance to see him give his guided tour of The Bonnet House, a historic piece of property just off A1A - beachfront avenue! A beautiful, artistic landscape similar to Frank Lloyd Wright's home studio in Oak Park, IL if it were a tropical plantation estate with wild monkeys and exotic birds roaming around the lush acres of Florida wilderness... all right smack dab in the middle of FTL's bustling beachfront area... and who knew TMT was such an art historian??? Nice job Dad - ;
